The perfect creamy mint chocolate flavor packed with protein, healthy carbs and fats, and fiber.
Servings: 1
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 scoop grass fed chocolate protein powder linked below
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp peppermint extract start with 1/4 then add more if you like
- 1 cup ice
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 medium avocado
- 1/2 frozen banana optional for extra sweet & creamy!
