Elderberry Syrup Gummies

Elderberry syrup has become a go-to for us during cold & flu season or anytime we're around someone who's sick. Whether you buy a pre-made bottle or make your own at home, put it to work in these kids (and adult!) friendly Elderberry Syrup gummies!
Keyword: elderberry syrup, gummies, immunity, kid-friendly gummies,
Servings: 60 Gummies

Equipment

  • Silicone Gummy Molds

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Combine the syrup and gelatin in a saucepan over low heat. Whisk frequently, heating until just warm enough for the gelatin to dissolve (you don’t want to overheat and kill the healthy enzymes in the raw honey).
  • Using an eyedropper, transfer the mixture into silicone molds with 1 teaspoon/5ml cavity.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (closer to 2 hours is even better) until solidified.
  • Pop-out the gummies and store in an airtight container in the fridge (we use a mason jar!)

Notes

  • Find my homemade Elderberry Syrup recipe HERE (I promise it's SO easy, and super cost effective).
  • If you're not looking to make your own, check out this brand or this brand.
  • We use THIS gummy bear mold for the perfect size. Each bear holds 1 tsp of syrup.
