Fresh Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 large tomato diced
  • 1/2 red onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 jalepeno seeded & minced
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • juice of lime
  • small handful fresh cilantro roughly chopped

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, use a fork to mash the avocado with garlic, lime juice, and salt.
  • Mix in the tomato, onion, jalapeƱo, and cilantro until combined.
  • Cover & let set in the fridge for about 1 hour (for best flavor), & enjoy!

Notes

*Feel free to cut the recipe in half if you're only serving a few people.
