Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup frozen banana slices
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a small bowl, and microwave until desired texture.  
  • 30 seconds will keep a slightly softened frozen consistency; 1 minute will give you a warm pudding-like texture
  • Mash it up if you like, and enjoy!
