Preheat the oven to 375ºF.
Cook the Italian sausage in a large skillet until crumbled and no longer pink.
Transfer the sausage to a large mixing bowl, and mix in the remaining ingredients until combined.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and scoop the mixture out using a tablespoon measure. (You might need to make two batches, depending on the size of your baking sheet.)
Bake at 375ºF for 30 to 35 minutes, or until browned around the edges and firmed to the touch.
Let cool, and enjoy! They taste just as good the next day, if not better :)
