Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
Arrange the broccoli on a sheet pan in a single layer, then drizzle with 1 Tbsp of olive oil and season with salt & pepper. Bake for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, add the shrimp to a large bowl and combine with 1 Tbsp olive oil, melted ghee, dried herbs, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, and salt & pepper. Stir and set aside.
After 15 minutes, remove the broccoli from the oven and add the shrimp to the sheet pan.
Sprinkle the minced garlic and lemon zest over top, then return to the oven for 10 minutes or until the shrimp are cooked through but still tender. Serve, and enjoy!
