Protein Iced Coffee with Date Caramel Lined Cup
A quick and delicious creamy smooth protein drink perfect for an afternoon pick me up that will help you hit your macros!

cold brew coffee

milk of choice
oat, almond, dairy, etc

scoop
vanilla protein powder
1/2
medium banana
optional if you have carb macros to hit!
big scoop
ice

spoonful
date caramel
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients (except the date caramel) to a blender and blend until creamy and smooth.
Scoop some date caramel on the back of a spoon and use it to line the edges of your cup for extra flavor.
Pour the creamy protein iced coffee into the cup and enjoy!
Notes
Macros calculated with the banana and almond milk for the milk option. You can omit the banana if you're aiming for lower carb!
