Ingredients

  • 2 scoops vanilla protein
  • 1/2 scoop fiber
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 banana
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg add up to 1/4 tsp if you like!
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 oz almond milk
  • 8 oz water
  • large scoop ice

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until nice & smooth. Enjoy!
