Fresh Pico de Gallo

- 2 medium tomatoes diced
- 1/2 small red onion diced (about 1/4 cup)
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro
- 1 small jalapeno finely chopped
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- salt to taste
Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl, salted to taste.
Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour*, and serve.
*Or eat it immediately because you're impatient like me~ then refrigerate the leftovers :)
