Ingredients

  • 2 medium tomatoes diced
  • 1/2 small red onion diced (about 1/4 cup)
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro
  • 1 small jalapeno finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl, salted to taste.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour*, and serve.

Notes

*Or eat it immediately because you're impatient like me~ then refrigerate the leftovers :)
