Piña Colada Protein Shake

- 3/4 cup frozen pineapple
- handful ice
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use this grass-fed whey from Bio Chem)
- coconut water
- 3-5 drops vanilla liquid stevia (optional)
- shredded coconut (optional, for topping)
Place each ingredient in a blender or Magic Bullet, in the order listed (just hold the shredded coconut). Pour in enough coconut water to cover the solid ingredients.
Blend until smooth.
Top with a pinch of shredded coconut, if you're feelin' fancy.
