Slow Cooker Texas Chili Soup

- 1 lb beef stew meat
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 32 oz beef bone broth
- 1/2 white onion roughly chopped
- 1 tsp garlic minced
- 1 jalapeno seeded & minced
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 15 oz can tomato sauce
- 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
Prep the veggies by chopping the onion, and mincing the garlic and jalapeño.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sear the stew meat on all sides. This should only take a couple of minutes, as the meat does not need to cook through.
Add all of the ingredients to a slow cooker, and stir to combine.
Cook on "high" for 4 hours, or "low" for 6 to 8 hours.
